Just a quick question about how the date changes.

When the date changes on my Navi World, it starts to visibly change at 23:30ish, before finally making it all the way by midnight.

However my Superoceans have always ticked over at midnight without the much longer "build up". i.e. the change on the Superceans is only visible at midnight.

Obviously the World is a Caliber 13 while the Superoceans are 17's, but is it normal for the Calibre 13 to take longer for the date to change? (I just never noticed what happend on my old Chronomat and that was a 13 too). Cheers.

Different movements have different date change mechanisms. Normaly they start at about 11h and are finished at about 1h. There are two basic methods: Either transporting the date over some timeperiode, or a jumping date.
