Apparently Breitlingitis is catching - my dearly beloved now wants to get in on the game - not sure I'm in favour as money spent on a Ling for her is not available for me ![]() Anyway she likes these two, I'm 95% sure that they are both real, but would appreciate some confirmations from greater minds than mine. Hopefully reason will prevail and she'll plump for the Lady J! http://cgi.ebay.com/NMIB-SS-18K-BREITLI ... dZViewItem http://cgi.ebay.com/LADIES-18K-SS-BREIT ... dZViewItem Thanks, Andy |

They are both real and both very handsome watches. I'll attach pics of my ladie's B's below this post for your sweet and very intelligent lady. As for the two auctions, no doubt better photography helps the case for the Lady J but the Perpetual Sirius is a terrific piece as well. IMHO, the "Pilot" bracelet attached to the PS is the better (much) of the two although many do indeed like the rouleaux bracelet also. The Pilot bracelt had a list price about 60% higher than the rouleaux for the bracelet alone. The Perpetual Sirius was discontinued in 1996 but it does have an amazing quartz complication which automatically adjusts the date until 2110. (If your battery lasts, LOL) The J-Class was still in production to 1999 and was popular with the ladies also. Tough choice for your lady. Good luck with whatever she decides and good luck with the auction she wants to win. ![]() Anyway she likes these two, I'm 95% sure that they are both real, but would appreciate some confirmations from greater minds than mine. Thanks Ron, The situation has actually gotten worse - much worse ![]() Dearly beloved found my Chronolog and has now decided that she absolutely has to have a black face Cokpit Lady in Stainless with 18K riders - the 8 diamond one with roman numerals at 6, 9 and 12. Not too big a deal, but she has also decided she wants it on a 2 tone pilot bracelet - a much bigger problem. I can get the watch fairly easily through my AD, or through one of the online sources or even EBay. Problem is they all come with a strap and list price for the 18K and S/S bracelet here in Canada is $2,100 ![]() BTW - you have lucky ladies ![]() |
