Excuse me for my lack of knowledge, I am very new to this!

I recently bought a Breitling Super Ocean Heritage chrono 46 in black. It came with the box etc and metal strap and ocean diver strap. It is 100% genuine.

I bought it for £2300

I want to know your opinions on this..... good deal? Will I make profit if I sell it in say 2 years time??

Thanks

Well a little patience may be needed - it can take more than 5 minutes for people to reply

You shouldn't buy any watch, and certainly not any Breitling, with an expectation of making a profit. Can't comment on the price because I am not familiar with UK prices (and I don't do pricing anyway), but I am sure over the next day or so some UK members will comment. Generally, buying used wil minimize any loss that you take, and in some cases you may end up selling for close to what you paid, but profit is unlikely unless the price is crazy low.

Thanks for the reply, and yes i guess expecting instant replies is a bit optimistic, haha. Im surprised you say 'generally' breitling's aren't a good 'investment' of money. Then again I bought it to enjoy..... making money on it would only be a bonus :lingsrock:

With the exception of extremely rare and exclusive watches virtually no contemporary watch makes a good investment.

Depends on age condition, B+P strap options, and where you bought it from,

Regards mark
