i'm planning to buy an airwolf LE 500, but i'm not sure about the water proof part.
it should be water proof 'till 30meters.
what is that mean?
there is any out there(who got lucky to get that watch.they made only 500, and only avaiable in the USA)who get one of them?
i'm very "water activ" person.
is that a safe buy to get it, or i'm just asking a problem for my self?
please help me.
i should get that watch this week, but i heard a lot of bad news about that water proof part!
thank youuuuuuu guys!!

in terms of the water rating its probably safe to wash your hands with it on but i would not jump in and out of the pool with it

This article may help - http://www.breitlingsource.com/articles ... ance.shtml

Water resistance ratings are based on static water pressure - i.e. the pressure exerte by water that is not moving. As soon as you add movement into the equation the actual depth rating becomes meaning less. With 30m / 3 atmospheres then a shower or a fully running faucet can easily exceed that pressure, and as noted swimming is a no go. However, submerging hands in a bowl of water or wearing it in the rain will be fine.

I have a B-1. I shower with it on almost daily (to keep the bracelet clean). I have also worn it to the beach and in a swimming pool without any issues. I did have it serviced about a year ago to have the seals replaced. I would not dive with the watch and I would be weary about swimming with it often like a dive watch, but as far as wearing it in the shower, no problem based on personal experience.
