Hit up my sort of local AD yesterday. They had the store set up differently since my last stop. Nice dedicated sections of the store for Breitling, Rolex and Cartier. Seems the other store down the street lost it's Rolex agreement and they swooped in. Lots of nice looking "R" pieces but did not try any on. The 42mm Explorer II hits all the right buttons.
I did try on a Breitling Transocean Chrono, TO Unitime and LE Chronomat GMT. The LE Chonomat was simply stunning in person, but seemed gigantic on my wrist, the bracelet was like butter. The Unitime was a super nice fit at only 1mm smaller, but really felt geat the mesh bracelet was lighter than expected. They had both steel case and rose gold but both black faces. The black face did not do it for me wished they had white. The real winner was the TO chrono white face black subs on croco band with deployment. Man that felt like it was made just for my arm. The wife thought it looked great too...not enough to give me the nod to buy it
I was looking on line today and saw a Blue LE TO chrono. Did a quick search here and did not see anything mentioned about it. I am typically late to the game on new offerings anyone seen a blue TO chrono in person?
