Production year at 6 o clock on lugs

Post subject:  Production year at 6 o clock on lugs
I know the first 2 digits are the week of the year and the second 2 are the year. What is the third set of numbers mean?

Sorry is this is somewhere. I searched and couldn't find anything specific to those numbers.

It is also really hard to see the numbers with just your naked eye

Yes I am thank you. Mine is def not that clear though. Seems to be a lot of wear from the braclet that is making it very hard to read.
