personally im not a fan of buying off of ebay. i know lots of people that have bought authentic watches from sellers on the site but i would rather deal with a store. thats just me.

Impossible to answer value questions on this - the diamond bezel is aftermarket so who knows what value that has.

Scratches aren't a big deal unless the watch is seriously beat to heck - a full service at Breitling will restore it to like new when the watch is 5 - 7 years old.

I don't do pricing. FAQs recommend completed auctions on eBay and dealer asking prices on Chrono 24 as references, but, as I said that's largely irrelevant here - those could be cubic zirconiums or FL grade diamonds for all I know.

That's an older model super avenger with the old style band, personally I wouldn't go over 3K you can get a new model with diamond bezel for around 5K brand new

Newer version is definitely nicer, so even without the who diamond thing I would pass on that one. Plus I'm very picky who I buy from because I want my calculated risk to be as close to zero as possible. That to me is worth spending a little extra if need be.

The best part of that watch is the auction text. :P Not a diamond bezel fan but if I were I think I look for one without and add aftermarket where I knew the specs or get one direct from Breitling.
