Just a question, are breitling spring bars for 24mm type 1.8mm thick ? |

I'm not sure of the exact thickness, but the 24mm are the same thickness as all the other sizes. However, it's worth noting that the strap spring bars are fractionally thicker than the bracelet spring bars. |

It's for my 24mm mesh bracelet, i am also looking for 24x 2.5mm thickness spring bars for pam straps, using one of the pam straps on my breitling watch. |

To be honest I'd just ask Breitling for some bracelet spring bars if I was you. Believe it or not there is a difference in quality of spring bar out there, and IME Breitling have always provided a couple free of charge. In terms of the thicker types for Panerai straps, I've bought some decent quality "fat boy" spring bars from eBay in the past and there were absolutely fine. Quite nice to be able to use Panerai straps without tubes. |

BUSA will not ship spring bars, so an AD is probably the next best bet. |

BUSA is Breitling USA and I don't think BUSA will ship to Singapore which is where I believe you are from. On the other hand there must be a Breitling distributor in Singapore that you could contact. Shipments from eBay are subject to sellers shipping policy. |

Driver8 wrote: CivilLawyer wrote: That is not a problem, i don't thick breitling carries fat boy spring bars, those must be ordered online. Correct. I've used the Seiko fat ones they make for their divers with success. Their size prevents 'play' from developing within the hole of a strap. |

Seiko are the ones I've used. Nice and cheap on the Bay and good quality. I've only ever used them on Panerai-style straps where the watch doesn't have drilled lugs so wouldn't accept tubes. |

In that case, do you think local sekio store carries the fat boy spring bar ? |

I just realized your watch is 24mm. The Seiko divers are all 22mm or 20mm except one Prospex model which uses Zulu spring bars, which are slightly different and may or may not work well on a Breitling. This is what you would need if you took a 22mm bar http://www.ebay.com/itm/22mm-GENUINE-Se ... 1e7599f7f9 |
