Post subject:  new super avenger limited
I went to see my AD on Saturday and he had no info on the new SA limited. He called me this morning to say the only watch that came in the blacksteel was the skyland. He asked me where I heard about this and I said Breitling Source online. Does anyone here have more info on it, so I can show him I am not crazy. If I like it, I may want to put a deposit on one.

Tell him to inquire about it with Breitling or his rep. These are not in price lists yet and are not in sales handbooks. There isn't even an exact delivery date for it. From what I know, they are making 3000 worldwide, only on rubber, like the Skyland, black dial, priced at ~$5500

That's exactly the same info that I got - still trying to get pricing for Canada, UK, etc.

It has been covered a bit on here recently, speak to Mario, he has one on order, mind you he has just about everything that's Breitling related on order I think :lol:

Sorry, but I've got the Ling-itus bad! LOL I just want the 4 Super Avengers... thats still a long way from touching half the guys on here! ;)

Yes I do have one on order with a receipt etc. Ask your AD to call Breitling or their rep and inquire about "M1337010/B930" ;)

My AD just called me this morning. He just got off the phone with Breitling and got all the info. Said he has to order it as Breitling will not just be sending them out to sit in a display. He said he'd give me a 15% discount (is that good?). I am thinking about ordering it today and he said I should have by the end of September.

WHat do you guys think?

I say do it. I mean, some AD's won't even discount the limited pieces at all. So, do it before he changes his mind.

That's pretty good. If it's anything like the AS Blacksteel you'll be able to get bigger discounts when they hit stores, but it still won't be huge and you run the risk of not being able to get one through your AD as they will be released slowly to avoid having them sit in displays.

I got my AS Blacksteel around 6 months after they started reaching ADs and got an approximately 25% discount (less than usual), because my AD had access to one. At the same time they were selling for a 10 - 15% premium on eBay because ADs were running short.

15% plus being one of the early numbers, plus peace of mind, plus the new atmosphere at BUSA against heavy discounting - I'd say go for it if you are comfortable buying sight unseen.

My AD said just give him $500 he'll get it for me and if I don't like it he will have no trouble finding a home for it and he'll refund my $500.00.
