I am just going out on a lib here but the world is yours is the statue from scarface... and al pacino is being mentioned....perhaps the watches are limited to commemorate scarface? The #1 movie of all time... :D

The 'world is yours' series was issued as four different versions, each limited to 40 each. Obviously this is one of the versions that manged to keep the set together. It's not a common set - although coincidentally it was one that I listed on the LE list earlier this week.

I don't know the history of it, but would be surprised if it had anything to do with Scarface.

I've seen this auction before, but think he didn't get the bid he wanted then. The seller has a lot of interesting watches up every now and then, but quite often at a rather pricy level.

Hi everybody,just want to put my 2 cents in,first of all great collection of watches in that auction,i actually think Pacino wore a yellow faced longitude in the movie ,i am trying locate the piece and post it if i can figure out how to :guns:
