Anyone has any idea that What kind of tax(and How many?) that the American have to pay for Blt watch if they will buy from an individual outside the U.S????

You'll be liable for all sales taxes that apply where you live, plus import duty. Import duty rates change frequently, so check with US Customs & Excise or whatever the equivalent is. Generally it's around 5%.
