I am polishing a B-1 Stainless Steel case. Are there any cases that are plated? Do I need to worry about going to deep with the polishing?

None of the stainless ones are plated, just some of the gold parts on TT pieces.

Is your case brushed or polished? (some do have aftermarket finishes)
