I'm looking to buy a Breitling for Bentley (not sure which model yet) and would be trading in my Super Avenger as I most likely wouldn't wear it as much and wouldn't be able to justify owning both.

I know some ADs are willing to part exchange, but just wanted to know what sort of price I'd be getting.
I'm assuming it would be less than what it would sell for on the Pre-owned market?

Mine is a 2011 White Arabics model with all box and papers bought for £3650.
I've seen similar ones on eBay go for around the £2350-£2700 mark.
Would the part ex be a lot less than this?
Also, since I bought it, RRP in UK has increased to £4110, will Pre-owned SAs have increased in value as well?

Trade in value is inevitably going to be les than private sale. Get the AD to give you a quote and expect to be disappointed.

ADs rip you off on trades. Don't do it. Sell it private. Even on ebay with all the fees you'll do much better. Put it auction and you'll still get better than an AD.

AD will offer a 1/3 of it's value then stick it up at more than half it's price.
