I went to my local AD and ordered a Ti Pro2 for my Seawolf.
The sales girl said approx 8 weeks as it had to come from
Switzerland .
8 weeks later I ring up the AD to find out where it is and they say
I shouldn't have been told 8 weeks because I'll get it when
Breitling send it.
What's the average time I should expect for an order to arrive?
I mean in this day and age postage is not that slow...

No real rule of thumb, it depends on timing of shipments from Switzerland to the distributor and then on to the AD and I am guessing that deliveries to Australia aren't overly frequent. The AD should be able to contact the Australian distributor for a more accurate estimate than just guessing or shrugging though.

I was told "maybe 3 months" when I ordered a bracelet from Rolex in Taipei and it took about 3 months.
