Is there anything I can do, or perhaps a professional im thinking to get this scratch out?

Hello defiancekofb,

sorry for Your scratch, that looks like someone unprofessionally changed the bracelet. To take that scratch out, You will have to take away a lot of material. That will make the watch look strange, so I would recommend not to do much about it.
I know, its disturbing, but to have it look like original, You will have to exchange the case.
