BTW, all, I believe there is still an example of one of these for sale on the Italian version of the bay. Don't expect to pay via paypal, though. Bank transfer only for this seller, apparently. I also do not believe they are an AD.

I purchased mine via an AD (I had to brush up on my Italian, as we did everything via fax and voice, as the Snr. had no e-mail!!).

Wow. That is very sweet indeed. And it's cheaper than I paid for my black dial of which there are 1000!!!

It does exist. It is on my wrist as we speak. It was for the Italian Breitling market only, although the story is that it may have leaked to a couple of AD's in France and/or Germany. In any event, let me try to post my first picture of what they look like.... And it is, in fact, an LE of 250. Cheers! -jbbb
