Hi I'm new to the forum and would like to know what valuatioin could be put on a 2004 B1 in excellent condition with all paperwork, box, receipt etc. I am considering purchasing one and the asking price is around £1000 - £1300. Taking into account the credit crunch and general economic situation should I pitch my offer appropriately as the item may be hard to sell for the vendor?
Thankyou

I've bought 3 B-1s in the last few months - and sold on 2 of them.

The one I kept is an early 2003 A68362 - Blue Face - Fighter Bracelet - Totally complete and mint. I paid £800 - real bargain IMHO.

FYI the others were:

Similar but slightly older one without paperwork but good cond - bought for £650 & sold for £850

Grey Face in very good cond (same model) but without anything (needed a link too) which was £775 (incl shipping) and which I sold to a friend for enough to cover my CC bill etc.

So - if you're prepared to wait 'till the right one comes along (at the right price) it could be around the £800 to £900 mark. If you don't want to wait it could be £1000 to £1150.

The ones I'm telling you about have all been off eBay (UK & US).

Where's the one you're looking at?

Any more info needed please ask - hope this may have helped a bit.

BTW - they're the same as anything you see for sale - hard to sell if asking too much but someone will eventually pay the asking price even if it's a bit high.

:welcome:

Many thanks all.
Had a feeling I was paying too much and will wait for more sensibly priced offer. As I see it the B1 is a every day watch and not real collectors stuff. I want it to be wearable and useable so price and relative condition must be right.
I'll keep looking!
Best regards
