Been watching my tracking number all morning. Don't know how it happened but the post man came and went. Taped to the front door of the office suite is a paper slip saying my new (to me) Breitling will be in jail all weeked at the post office. I actually ran about 1/2 a mile all around the vairous office building and parking lots looking for him/her. At one point I saw the truck driving out of the complex but I could not get there. Guess the girl at the front desk was out and nobody else answered the door.

Soooooo Bummed out.

This would have made "nice" watch #3 and Breitling #2, making me feel like I actually had the start of some sort of collection.

I know it is just a few days away...but this really sucks.

Oh no, I hate when that happens! I can just see you running after the postal truck as it turns on to the freeway . I bet you don't get much done the rest of the day. Suppose we will all have to wait until Mon. to hear what you picked up

I was trying to go low key this time around and just post it on my wrist in WWRYWT thread and see if anyone noticed/cared about my latest addition...but was so POed about missing the mail man I just had to vent. Real bummer is there was a pay pal problem on the day I bought it so it was a day late shipping out. If all had gone smoothly I would have had it yesterday. Oh well it will hopefully be with me for some time.

Small hint, maybe not so much if you are a vintage section reader, it is WatchFred inspired and my first used watch...very used.

Sorry to hear that I also hate it when that happens.
