Well some do and some don't. It's just a decision as to which complications to add to the base movement used, no idea why Breitling chose not to use it on some models. There is a semi-quick set function in that you can roll time back and forth around midnight - usually forward to 2am and back to about 9pm is sufficient and it will change the date each time past mdnight. Obviously that's not something to ever do in watches with a quick set because it can damage the date change function. |

Can I do the forward to 2 and back to 9 on it? |
