We normally hear of the worst about these centers, but I've had two great experiences over the past month.
Had to send my Breitling Avenger, under warranty, because the winding via the crown was not very smooth like my other two. I called the Miami center and after our conversation I decide to give them a shot. I must say the customer service was top notch. There was a problem with the stem/winding and my watch was returned to me within 2 weeks.

Second, for you Panerai owners, I sent my Pam 104 in for regular service to the Texas service center at the same time. What a great service experience. Super communication, both via email and tele. Messages and questions were answered promptly and after and after speaking to a Panerai rep , my fears were allayed. I had my watch returned today, after only 3.5 weeks, looking like the day I purchased it.

Totally satisfied with both service centers.

Yeah I've personally never had a bad experience customer service-wise with BUK. They have always been excellent - helpful, professional and communicative..... and a watch has never had to go back to anything they've missed or failed to fix. Can't ask for more than that IMO.

Rolex UK and Omega UK have also been superb in my experience. Even Tag (many years ago) was perfectly fine.

IWC UK on the other hand were terrible. My now departed Big Pilot ( ) had three trips back to them to sort out it's superfast time gains, and on all three occasions they managed to fix b*gger all! They even managed to scratch the case on the second visit which then required another trip to polish the scratches out! "Fortunately" it was going back again anyway to attempt to fix the timekeeping, so they could kill two birds with one stone.

Oops, sorry, bit of a negative experience there (in this positive experience thread!), so in true "sh*t sandwich" fashion, I'll end my reiterating that BUK (plus Rolex and Omega) have all been brilliant.

I've not had any issues in Canada either - it's the one division of Grigoros that actually seems to know what it's doing. The only service issues that I have ever had was when a watch had to be sent elsewhere to be addressed.

The battery in my Aerospace died less than two years after I bought it. I don't wear it often and rarely use and of the functions so felt the battery should have lasted longer. Brought it to my dealer who sent it off to BUSA. Got it back a couple of weeks later. No charge.

Breitling China, Taipei branch. Had five watches overhauled by them this year and it was a pleasure to deal with them.

BUK

Very positive from me as I've had several dealings with them.

Tightened up the bezel on my Chronospace as I found it too loose. Great service on my Emergency, and totally fixed my replacement B1 into as new.

Good nice friendly people working there.

I'd say I've had perfect service. Can't say better than that.

Davey
