I purchased my Super Avenger new from a local AD about two years ago. I've been considering selling it, and upgrading to something different. I've started browsing some of the completed eBay auctions for SA's, and noticed that many of the preowned SA's are selling for the same price, if not more than i paid for mine new two years ago.

Is this common amongst this model, or should i expect the value to begin dropping? I'd rather unload it now at the current value, then wear it another year if it's reasonable to assume that it will begin to significantly depreciate.

I sold my Navitimer for the same price I bought it new after 6 years of owning it. There's no way to tell for sure, however, what your watch will be worth next year. If you have another watch in mind to replace your SA, I say unload it now since you'll be ahead of the game.
