Forwards to a network solutions 'renew' option and displays generic watch info.

Anyone have a clue what's up?

Thanks much.

Hello,
I had the problem with Free French web provider (global dns poblem).

IF you want to solve the problem:
- Close all web navigators
- open a MS-Dos prompt, and run: ipconfig/flushdns
- Reopen you web navigator, the Breitling website is back again.

Breitling Website

Old/Wrong IP address:208.91.197.132
Right external IP address for the http://www.breitling.com is: 217.174.207.108

Try it, it will be fine

No problem in the US - west coast, at least. It might help clarify things if the OP told us his location.

If it needs a DNS flush to fix then it's probably an IP change and it's still propagating across the web, will take a few hours to fix. Fine here in Canada Eastern time zone.

Edit, looks like It may be more complicated - a whois search suggests that it's a pending renewal so they may have forgotten to renew, which from memory they did once before.

How the hell does a company like Breitling forget to renew its website domain?

Hello,
Comming in the Breitling shop in Paris, here are the facts.
Apparently big updates to the website and servers are being this weekend. :wowzers
(only the computer teams knewit , not the distribution of ... shops and ADs).
Trackings the sites, info for ADs, while HS is right now (holiday Breitling Breitling Switzerland and France at the moment).
In any case they are happy to have been warned ... or forgotten
You can always try to see during the weekend if the website comes back online or not
Only the area http://www.breitling.ch is available. :lingsrock:

I can bring in that website, although I can't get "My Breitling Made to Measure" to work. I just get a spinning "loading" sign, but nothing ever loads. That's a horse of a different color, though.

Perhaps all the functionalities of the *.ch" website is not available any way ...
They are doing this week-end some upgrades (servers, web sites), they don't know a lot of things at the Paris Breitling Boutique.
As also Breitling France and Breitling in Switzerland are "officialy closed" until the end of August...
It's very hard to get some info here in France for this big problem and their visibility on the net this week-end...
A migration scheduled without telling their own staff that it will happen ... It's a big fail I think :guns:

You can get the ref, pictures
