Hi guys, hope you can help me with this. About 10 years ago I had a look at a very nice Breitling in a jewellers, decided it was the nicest watch I'd ever seen but too expensive for me, and left it at that.

As I recall, it had analog hands over an LCD digital face, but unlike every other watch it had no obvious cutouts for the LCD bits. It was all just one surface, with the LCD digits etc showing through. Very classy.

Now of course I can't find any reference to it anywhere. Can anyone help me out and tell me what model it was ?

Can't think of any Breitlings where there aren't cutouts for the LCD on the dial. Silly question but are you sure it was a Breitling? If so was the dial black? If it was, it might've just been an optical illusion with the light making it look like there were no cutouts.

my guess it would have been a black face, bc to do a LCD you would need to mount a LCD screen....

I'd say a black face B-1 and the OP just didn't get a great look at it and thought it was just all part of the dial.

I guess it could have been the one pictured above, is that a black face B1 ?. I remember it as being somewhat different, but that might just be my memory. I'm pretty certain it was a Breitling of some description, and there don't appear to be many other candidates.
