Post subject:  Swap second hand with orange tip?

How hard is it, or more so expensive, to replace the second hand with an orange tip?

I've seen this same watch with the orange tip, and that's exactly what I'm looking for. Where could I buy just the second hand with the orange tip and is that something someone with no experience could swap out?

It's a Navitimer 3100 ref 80191 or 80292. Not sure which. Circa 1989.

Also, can you swap the metal bracelets with leather straps easily?

Hand swapping is not a self service job as it requires removal of the movement, which in turn will lead to a service requirement. Breitling will also refuse to make any change that will fundamentally change the watch.

Bracelet strap changing is very straightforward with the right tool - Bergeon 6767F is the most recommended and see also here - http://www.breitlingsource.com/video_ar ... p%20Change
