Back in May, Thomas wrote Quote: Breitling had no real surprises for this year, as nearly I knew nearly everything already. A lot of new dials for different models: Starliner, Superocean, Cockpit Lady. Best one is the new dial for the Airwolf!
Browsing another forum today, I came across this picture. No source given but the background is the June issue of International Watch magazine. Could this be the new Superocean dial? ![]() Could be a Photoshop job or even a fake but the hour hand fits in with the Heritage styling Breitling are using for the Superocean range. I have to say I really like the typography used on this dial. |

Yes it is the new dial. I'm not convinced by it personally. The outline numerals look even worse on the yellow dial. |

My AD has one in Corral. I'm not sure about it either, but it is different. Then again I've never been a superocean afficionado. I do like those corral dials though! |

I like the black dial and how superocean is in red, but that's the only color I've seen in person. Justin |

Not a fan of the new dial, but it could grow on me in time. |

Yes, it's the new dial. I believe you have to have a dark dial to make it work - on a lighter dial the hollow numbers just disappears. |
