I took the bezel off my late 2007 (papers dated 2008) Colt 2 auto to give it a clean up.

Noticed that the bezel click spring/ring was a slightly different fitment.

The case has a small hole drilled perfectly at the 12 oclock position. With a small stepped removable cylinder coming out. The tip of this cylinder locates in one of 4 notches in the click ring.

Is this right ?

iirc a colt GMT or possibly a SupOcean....... that I took the bezel off... Had 3 or 4 drilled holes in the case and the click ring itself located in one of the four. Without the need of the small cylinder type thing.

???????

Any experience ?
