I have a Breitling Colt Chronograph, just over 3 years old.
Suddenly stopped working so brought it into a reputable dealer for what I assumed would be a "battery-change".
Told a problem with the chronograph mechanism wa affecting the "time"
Repair charge estimate of $450.00 Canadian dollars plus tax.
Never been dropped, banged or abused in any form.
Anyone ever experience this and or is this a reasonable repair charge?

I assume that it went to Watch Repair Centre on Hayden Street in Toronto?

Price is about right for a full service, tough to know exactly what the problem would have been with just that description.
