Here are some pics of the new Navitimer I got last weekend. It is absolutely amazing, the face and dial definitely have a lot going on especially compared with my Omega, but I love the detail and complexity. It also seems a little fragile and water shy compared to my Planet Ocean but I think it actually keeps better time than my Omega which +3 second/day. How does everyone else's Breitlings keep time? ![]() ![]() ![]() And a couple with my Omega Planet Ocean ![]() ![]() |

Nice pictures. Though comparing them is like comparing apples and volkswagens ![]() |

The Navi is not not water shy. Its terrified of water. |

Some owners go so far as to not wear them when its raining.. lol.. probably overboard, but true nevertheless. |

Well I didn't sync the Navi to the clock on my computer which should be the definitive clock since its synced to an atomic clock. I synced my Omega to the computer and that's how I got the +3 seconds a day. I was just a little lazy to do it with the Navi too so I just checked its difference with my Omega. Regarding the issue with water, I was under the impression that it is rated at 3 bars so technically 30 meters of water pressure. But that pretty much means splash proof and you are not supposed to use any of the push buttons when near water. It seemed to me that leather strap was the most susceptible to water damage. |

NICE watches. I love the navitimer myself and have it on my list but with the croc strap. NICE Omega piece as well. |

Nice pics and watches! Congratulations! To the water discussion - the Navitimer is much more damaged by water immersion than the strap. A good advice is to avoid that test. |

The basic rule of thumb with Navi's is to wear them exactly as you would any other watch, but just don't immerse them in water. Simple. Just remember to take it off before you shower, bath or swim and it'll be fine. Wearing them in the rain ( ![]() ![]() |
