Well my daily beater black dialed Steelfish has died. I started noticing minor issues where the watch would just stop and after winding it again.. start right back up. I thought that I just wasn't getting a full wind but after winding it over and over again, it finally got to where it just wont run at all. I suspect the stem isn't engaging the main spring, but what do I know.

So, being I am pissed off (still) at my AD for the Panerai Bronzo deal... how does a person go about sending in a watch to Breitling USA for a full service?

Call BUSA, they will give you the details.

Send it with a trackable method, UPS, FedEx, etc. include a letter with a description of what is wrong along with your contact information and within a few days they will contact you repair quote. If it is under warranty, send along your international warranty booklet.

Don't be pissed about the bronzo. It is THAT difficult to get. 1-1/2 years on the list from the boutique where I bought almost all my Pams from and still no call. Heard all US boutique & AD allocations are done & over with...
