i was just wondering... i have a friend whose new watch is a tad slow. not so much that he sends it into BUSA pronto. so we were wondering if he waited till near the end of 2yrs and had warranty work done then, would the work then come with warranty?

also, does BUSA do a complete overhaul when a watch comes in for warranty work? tho the watch was purchased new from an AD recently, it has a build date of 2008. thats why i ask.

All service work comes with a 1 year warranty. They won't likely do a full service, more probably a maintenance service ('oil change') depending on what actually needs doing.
