Hi guys,
I need some advice please. I own a Super Avenger that is only 14 months old and was bought at an AD within the UK.

Typically this morning I 'whacked' it off the staircase this morning rushing upstairs and now the bezel rotates both ways so the click spring is obviously broken.

What do you reckon about this being fixed under warranty?
If not, has this happened to anyone else and know costs?

If you dont tell them you whacked it on the staircase id think there would be a good shot that theyd take care of it.

:yeahthat

If you walk in there and say that you gave it a really hard bash then that would fall under abuse which is not covered by warranty. However, if you were just unlucky enough to get one with a faulty bezel spring (click spring is something completely different in the movement), well then that's a warranty issue.

You can tell I'm new to all this as I thought it was called click spring!!!!

My thoughts on telling them the scenario was I was just turning the bezel as usual and after 1/2 turn it just became 'loose'. As I can't see any visible damage on the bezel I thought I might get away with this??

Cheers for the input guys

Well after 6 weeks away my watch is back all fixed and at no cost. I'm one happy man to get it back on the wrist. Think the AD was sick of me calling lol.
