I have an eBay offer for a Breitling Super Ocean steel band ($375..good price???) listed as an 20/18, three link band, but will this fit a Navitimer 92? Thanks!!

No.

The 92 had two bracelets a Pilot (5 links wide) marked "NAVI 92" or a Navitimer (7 links wide) marked 420a (assuming that you want SS). No other bracelet will fit.
