When you sell it to each other do you both make a profit each time?

Its an old joke my father used to tell about two jewish antique dealers making a living by selling each other the same clock for ten years.

He was an old jewish antique dealer.

Don't know how you can do it. I suffer dreadfully if I even think about selling a watch I like. Sold three watches that I never wore earlier in the year and still fretted about doing so.

Had sellers remorse anything to do with it or was it just the deal that was on the table at the time?
