Hi,

I am considering the purchase of a rose gold Navitimer World.

1) Anyone got a real-world picture? Oddly enough neither the B Boutique in NYC nor Tourneau have one in stock and I've not been able to actually see what the watch looks like outside of the Breitling website

2) Any idea if the World is going to be discontinued, perhaps in lieu of 'in-house' movement? I've not heard anything to this effect but it could affect my decision.

Loads of threads in the gallery on the World, and no news on the World being discontinued. Assuming that the Basel announcements are complete there is nothing in the Navitimer range that comes close to it this year. That said, Breitling does now have two in house dual time zone movements, so it's likely to happen at some point.

Local AD here in Tampa has one with a 20% discount. Tried it on a couple of weeks ago. Nice piece but just not for me. I'll stick with my black dial Navi World.
