If the entire current membership (1542 of us) chips in $84.63, we can buy it as a time-share. If we share it for 1 day each, that means we'd have it once every 4.23 years! :roll:

That's got to be a tough sell - presumably if you go the non AD route then you have to take it as is rather than have the opportunity to choose your own dial / wood combo and have your initials put on the movement.

And let's be honest - if you can afford this you probably aren't overly concerned about saving a few bucks by going the non AD route.

Yeah, but not for that money unless I had way too many millions. I( can't help thinking that for that money I could get a Mulliner Perpetual, Mark VI Complication 29 and.......

I agree 100% Roff. I've always preferred the Mulliner Perpetual over the Tourbillon by a country mile anyway. AND the Tourbillon is a manual wind which would be a deal breaker for me even if I had the cash.
