Morning all, For some reason the IWC flieger chrono and I werent getting along, so it promptly got moved on, and i had the opportunity to buy another classic pilots watch that i have always wanted to try, Breitling Navi in tri compax format, chuffed with it ![]() One thing i noticed this morning when changing the date (there is no quickset on these) is that the date seems to change over around 1.30 am not midnight, its still within manufacturer warranty so it can be sorted if i want, do they normally change over at midnight? ![]() ![]() |

Oh no!!!! ![]() Put that in the search box...And learn ![]() Most autos change between 11:something to something... If it's right when the sun is up it's OK. But read all the info. in search..... ![]() I think 1:30 is a little late though. |

I don't agree with twotone540. The date change process physically takes several hours, but the date should visibly change around midnight. A few minutes either side isn't a problem, but I suspect that what has happened here is that the hands have simply been applied incorrectly - a simple fix and definitely something that you should get fixed under warranty. |
