I've been looking at purchasing a superOcean chrono and I can't put my finger on what the right price in pretty good condition should be. circa 2005, 1 owner, serviced 6 months ago with all paperwork and boxes. Any ideas? is $1700 too much? (looking to buy from a friend with a watch collection) |

Recently, I saw some Pre-Owned sold on Ebay for as much as $3k. |

I think you're looking at a reasonable deal, if you know the guy and the watch has the original paperwork and has been serviced with proof then you should be on safe ground. |
