Tomorrow, 2/6 I must drive 56miles....one way to get my bracelet adjusted.
No one in my area has ever seen a real Breitling b/4
Life in the 'stone age' is pretty bad.
Thank your stars....If you live a civilized area of the world..
Thank God I won't have to take a boat or horse...We have roads now 8)

Where are u from? Also if you had the correct screwdriver you could do it yourself. The worse that could happen is that you screw it up and have to travel from the hinterland to civilization to get it re-done.

I enjoy solo long drives. Throw on some nice tunes and enjoy the scenery. Sounds like you may live in the middle of nowhere so the area will provide a nice backdrop. Hopefully wherever you are in the land below us northern people it's nice out and you don't have to travel into New York as I'm sure there will be the remnants of a night of partying and celebration. When you're back in civilization you should pickup a tool.. I'm sure it'll come in handy and save the long drive another time as rgilbert mentioned.

Yep,
My nearest AD is more than two hours drive into the centre of Sydney. I never thought of myself as unusual in that.

I see your point...I had a friend in flight school from Alaska. He had his pilots license b/4 his drivers license.
His High School had a plane park for students. It's just a great distance to me now that I live in this backwoods
little town. Not use to it. :)

Actually, he could strip the screw head or scratch a few links, and then have to replace the screws or get the links polished. Those screws are in there pretty firmly. I gave up trying to adjust mine and just let ADs do it.

Well, my nearest AD is less than 2 miles from me. I can go into town, visit my AD, have a coffee in a local cafe and be home again in less than an hour (oh, and I don't drink coffee quickly either)     .

It's kind of like telling a guy with a two-inch twizzer that you're hung like John Holmes. Sure, it's great for you, but I'm not exactly sure how it helps him any.

I know Twotone and it was nasty of me - I was in a very 'cruel' mood yesterday. Forgive my nastiness  .

Just remember, John Holmes had a hard time keeping it all the way up.
