I have seen one of these Breitlings recently which belongs to a friend. He informs me that only members of the regiment can get them on completion of selection.

I have searched the forum to see if there are any pictures or costs etc.

I do not seem to be able to find much info can anyone help?

I've seen one before on eBay - I think it was a Seawolf (if I remember rightly) and it had the winged dagger logo on the dial.

All these kind of logo'd limited editions are specially commissioned by a group of people - hence why military units often go for it. It's guaranteed that only the SAS could've commissioned a piece with it's logo on the dial as Breitling are very rigorous about who is allowed to commission limited editions. Hence, to own one originally, you'd have to be in the SAS - although obviously on the resale market anyone can pick one up, but they are usually all numbered limited editions to run numbers tend to be low.

Apart from the logo on the dial, they may also have a different caseback design (if originally requested) and a limited edition number. Apart from that they will be identical to the standard model.

You may noticed on here that we as a group are attempting to get our own limited edition commissioned, but it's a very slow process.

Yes I had noticed the thread on here. Although my limited budget as a soldier only lends it self to the one breitling at the moment I think the red and black design is very eye catching and would be the kind of thing I would look for as a second watch (dress/formal wear watch)
