I had an Emergency will the full set of bits and bobs that go with it and flipped it. I have been offered another one [completely legit] but it has no box or papers. Now I know the papers especially the COSC cert will be nigh on impossible to get hold of but can you get replacements for the rest? |

In actual fact the COSC cert is probably the easiest thing to get hold of from Breitling. You'll need to send the watch in to them, but they can (and do) provide replacements. The manual can also be had direct from Breitling too... assuming they have some spare of course. Cost is fairly minimal in both cases. The only thing you won't be able to get a replacement for is (obviously) the warranty card. In terms of the box, again, Breitling may be able to help you out if they happen to have any lying around, but this is not that likely TBH. Ebay is probably going to be your friend when it comes to sourcing a box. |

COSC is £40, and manual is between £15 and £20 IIRC. In 2011 I had the COSC replaced on my Aerospace - it comes correctly numbered to match the watch, but has to be ordered in from Switzerland, and as Driver8 says, they DO have to have the watch back to check the s/no. All prices plus the dreaded VAT and postage of course. |

I'd call Breitling in your country. Here in Australia you don't have to send the watch in to get the COSC cert: all u have to do is quote the serial number. |

Since it's an Emergency don't you need the official paperwork to make the transfer between owners ? |

The transfer document or the box with bits and bobs? The transfer document - that's why I quoted that comment. |
