Been browsing the bay for diamonds while waiting for my SA... anyone bought any ice from Liori Diamonds? Quality? Service?

(their stuff looks great, just do a search for "breitling diamond bezel avenger" and check them out)

I saw these guys on the Bay yesterday for the first time. On some of the super-close up pics, the quality of the setting doesn't strike me as overly great. To my mind, modified original bezels never turn out all that well as you still end up with some of the original engraved markings showing. The finish on the edges of the settings are also never 100% clean.

If you can afford it, I'd always say go for factory diamond bezels - the quality is impossible to beat.

If you are after an aftermarket bezel I'd say go for channel set diamonds. The result is much cleaner.

I think they look OK, but of course not as good as the real thing from B.
The channel bezels takes away too much of the Breitling´s soul, i.e. the "sleevecatchers", so they are not an option for me

The only thing on the bay that compares to Liori is lovemybling_com, but their pictures are crap, so it is hard to tell the finish of thier bezels.

I guess I'm just too much of a perfectionist! :wink:

The only modified bezel I've seen that I've remotely liked had princess cut diamonds (i.e. square) but that was well over £2000.
