Im about to buy my first Breitling, (Bentley 6,75).

Can anyone tell me if I get the about the same price in Dubai as i would get of interwatches,authenticwatches.com etc ? Im hoping for about the same price, since i want to buy my first from a AD.

There is a member with the use name "Mercury2wo" who is from Dubai... I think another member may be as well, they might have some information.

I don't live there but got back two weeks ago having bought my first Breitling out there.

I was shopping for chronomat so can't help explicitly on your watch but the price I paid is marginally less that deliciouswatches.co.uk is showing for the same model (though I got a deployant strap rather than the tang buckle the website quotes for).

Unasked for advice on where to shop out there. I found the Breitling boutique in the Mall of the Emirates to be rather dismissive, got the impression they thought I was too young/touristy to be seriously interested. Kunooz Jewellers in Festival City bent over backwards to be helpful (getting a watch driven across the city for me to look at because I was flying out that evening so was a little tight for time), and got my custom (they didn't have the same breadth of stock on view as the boutique though). Don't bother waiting until the Duty Free as the selection they had was pretty poor.

Got a mail back from Kunooz, and they could sell it for 8200$ and thats way better then the price here in Norway =)

Yup, I am in Dubai. I am not in complete agreement about the AD's behavior in Dubai - In fact even though there are 4 different stores in Dubai ( Yes FOUR! ) They are ALL owned and operated by the same AD - Kunooz Jewelers. Even though I still waiting to buy my 1st Breitling (waiting for my SA!), these guys are excellent - very courteous, know their stuff and helpful like hell!

Since I have the opportunity to talk about Dubai - Guys The number of RICH tourists that come here is not funny - and hence I am sure Breitling sends one of their biggest consignments here. This is a Shopper's Paradise!

My Research Shows that this is among the cheapest places to buy your Breitling (No Taxes of any sort here, remember? No VAT, No Income Tax, No NOTHING!)
