Here in Wisconsin (USA), there is only one AD in the entire state. Fortunately, it is only a few miles from my home. This AD claims to have a watchmaker that is trained and certified to perform all service for Breitling and Rolex. Taking price out of the equation, when my watch needs service should I trust them with it (convenient and quicker), or just ship it part way across the country to my nearest Breitling service center? My biggest concern is quality of service, but if he is truly certified by Bretiling should I be fine? What's the best way to ship it if necessary?

THANKS EVERYONE!

Check out on Breitlings website the servicing videos. Then see if the watchmaker there will be able to do the same. Pretty amazing videos.

WOW. Amazing. I was assured he was trained and certified by them, but I don't really have any way of knowing, of course, if he is any good. Do people just ship things insured UPS or FEDEX?

Back to Breitling for servicing every time. You can send it insured by any of the usual couriers - make sure you speak to Breitling first so they can advise on what to send and how to send it - or you can go to an AD and ask them to send it to Breitling for you. There may be a small charge associated with that, but then there will be to send it to BUSA yourself anyway.
