I'd like to get this strap for my CSO. Anyone know where I might get this particular black strap and deployant buckel ? Thanks ![]() |

Hi Not used them but you could try here: http://www.strappedfortime.com/Breitlin ... Fiber.html Must be more but these looked quite good and do a deployant stap whereas some don't. Also have a look at this thread - maybe Carlos7271 can help. http://breitlingsource.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=2893 |

Thanks for the help. And I did'nt even know it was a carbon strap!! I just like the look of it, so waterproof is a bonus because I tend to eat up leather straps in summer heat!! From the Strapedfortime web site I can tell that it's a Di-Modell Carbon with the tang buckel replaced with a deployant clasp. The red loop anchor is a giveaway. Ordering it today ! Cheers |

The 1st deployant isn't Breitling style & I find this type, which you have to tuck in, very annoying! The double type looks OK - certainly compared to the 1st one but not used this type before. Depends if you want the real thing (Breitling) or one which is good quality and does the trick (like the double one shown). |

What about this one, it seems to be based on the Breitling and there is no tuck in part... Perhaps this is the one to go for ??? Link to photo, shown here on Nav World. http://www.strappedfortime.com/Breitlin ... Fiber.html |

Yeah - looks better to me and reasonable too - $49.95 + $36.95 + p & p. Looks to be good quality and avoids the tuck in tail. I guess it's all down to personal preferance but the Breitling style deployants are simple but effective & comfortable. Nice choice for strap - you'll have to post pics & let us know how comfortable it is. |
