Just got the watch model A13320, the back states:

CRONOGRAPHE CERTIFIE CHRONOMETRE EDITION SPECIALE

I know it is chronometer certified from COSC. However, reference the text above, is this a special edition, or are all watches stamped with the same text?

All the SOH series are marked with that. My non chrono is too.

In Breitlig speak Special Edition is little more than marketing - a lot of Breitlings get it. It used to be an indication that production was somewhat limited - not restricted to only a certain number, but only a certain number would be produced each year. In reality there is never any shortage of Special Edition pieces so it's pretty meaningless in my opinion.

No reason why you shouldn't. The SOH series is still one of the good models Breitling makes. Wear it in good health, as they say. Welcome to B-Source, btw.
