My son is looking at picking up a B1 latest model (Super quartz) it comes with everything but the guy stated he sent the certificate back to Breitling when he sent it in for a new battery and service and they (Breitling) did not mail it back. Can he get another certificate from Breitling and how can it be done.... Thanks

Yes, but there is a fee. Any [helpful] AD can help you with that or go straight to BUSA customer service. Obviously they need proof you have the watch and warranty book for that serial #. That's one reason a trip to an AD can be easier - they can vouch to BUSA, you have to prove it.

Why would someone send the COSC with the watch for service? :huh Is he sure he didn't send the warranty book and never got that back? Those can be replaced too.

Nope,,,,the guy mailed in the COSC with the watch. My son just wants to obtain a new certificate .....so it sounds like its not big of a deal, Right? Thank you.

I think my AD once mentioned $65 in passing when I thought I had lost a certificate.
