After a 2 month wait, it finally arrived. I was so close to giving in and going for the red/brown one they had in stock. The deployant is simply amazing, truly one of, if not the best deployants on the market. The micro adjustment is a thing of beauty as it can be adjusted without the use of any tools. Strap itself is quite a bit thicker than the diverpro. Well worth the hefty price tag.

Deployant is rock solid....

You are correct in saying the deployant is awesome. I friend of mine has that exact combination and I admire it ever time he has it on...

im wondering if Breitling will start using a similar style of deployant in their bracelets eventually. that would be pretty sweet.

I think the ratchet type adjustment in the bottom of the depoyant works great with the weight of the rubber strap; however, I believe the extreme weight of the bracelets would cause the ratchet to strip out.

Could be wrong though...

The ratcheting micro-adjustment is very sturdy, it would take a lot more than the weight of a metal bracelet to break it loose.

i agree ,the depoyent is the best i have seen ..the big lump of steel looks fantastic at the back.is this the only one with the micro adjustment?[imgImage

Yes - that's a cracking combination.

Maybe Breitling will change the deployant clasp for straps to this type!

Must nip to the AD later and have a look at one in the flesh.

Great pics!

I have that exact same combo (on today, as a matter of fact). It's a great combo in the summer. I second everything that has been said thus far: nice pics, great watch, great strap, great clasp, and actually a good value, I think.

Everyone should get one!

I LOVE the raised Breitling Metal Logo on the steel portion of the clasp! Kinda makes up for not having it on the watch dial!
I mean, the Avenger Skyland is an AWESOME watch - but without the raised steel Breitling Logo on the dial or the Winged B on the stopwatch hand... umm.. it's not exactly complete - is it?
That is just my opinion. Still LOVE the AS, though!

Awesome. From one AS owner to another, you are the man sir!

When i saw the shot of the left hand side of the body on the AS. I didnt recognize the watch at first because 9 times out of 10, the shot is of the crown side. Thanks for mixing it up.

Cheers.
