So I just recently picked up my first Breitling. Took a long time to find a blue face avenger. When it showed up it had a black rubber strap which was one of the softest rubber straps I have ever had on... Especially compared to the bell and Ross rubber strap that I have on my br92-03.

Regardless how soft that strap was. I prefer leather straps. Especially on such a thick chunky watch. A week later I ordered a leather strap from strap culture. I think it complements the watch perfectly.

The only thing I didn't care for with this watch was the polished sides of the case. Easy fix. 2000 grit wet sand paper just to match the satin finish in the top of the case. So a little bit of tape to protect the bezel and crown and 20 minutes of careful sanding and this watch has an awesome "tool" look.

I have been buying and selling watches for a while and there are a lot of watches I have owned that I don't really fall in love with. This is not one of them. This watch is a keeper... Especially after making it mine.

Pretty sure the Skyland has a fully polished case.

This picture clearly shows a Seawolf as "anestheticsaregood" already said.

Either way, congrats on the new acquisition.
