Iirc the blue dial was, yes. The black dial that I own is 1000 pcs. |

It's strange but that blue CM LE is always little "unloved" by enthusiasts. There was a time not too long ago when these were going to peanuts (relatively speaking) brand new on the Bay, while the black LE was going for way more, despite being a much less limited edition. I guess the blue just isn't a popular choice..... |
