If you thought Breitling couldn't possibly do any worse this year just go to their website and check out their new Colt releases.

Those end links look awful. Not very well presented. Not even going to comment on the bezel.

WOW! Sloppy transition from bracelet to case... Just looks unfinished.

That bezel is different...

I'll have to digest this a bit more and come back to it.

That bezel... I don't think I can get past it....

"The same spirit but a new look. Breitling has entirely redesigned its Colt model, a symbol of sturdiness, reliability and performance. A sculptural model carved in steel, the new Colt turns heads with its original styling clearly built for action, achievements and thrills. With its solid construction and its water resistance to 300 meters (1,000 ft) or 500 meters (1,650 ft), it establishes itself as an exceptionally sporty model, a champion and natural frontrunner. Its originality begins with the bezel featuring a taut, sophisticated shape and stamped numerals, and continues with the case echoing the same outline. The dials are adorned with new rounded numerals exclusively designed for this model, with rhythmical motifs and with a play on colors. The steel bracelet reinforces the unique character of this fresh, youthful and dynamic design, while ensuring optimal comfort and sturdiness. Available in three versions endowed with strong and distinctive characters, including a chronograph and a ladies’ watch, the new Colt is equipped with SuperQuartzTM movements that are chronometer-certified by the COSC (Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute), like all Breitling movements."

From Breitling.com

They really don't even know what to say about it.

But will it make my girlfriend more inclined towards me at once and natural feelings of love, peace, comfort, romance, and sex will be restored??

Only if she was a mail order from the Asian market.

I've given myself some time to look at these and forget what the old Colt looked like. So, if I saw one in a store, would I be interested enough to buy it whether it was Breitling or something else? NO!

I get the impression the case on the auto is the same case as before. Why then on earth or anywhere else would Breitling think removing a fitted SEL on a Pro II is an appealing move?

The bezel gives me Tag chills. The dial isn't awful, but it is swamped by that wide bulky bezel.

Two very unenthusiastic thumbs down.

The frustrating thing with the new releases is there is some positive, or at least acceptable ideas, but then the train just goes off the rails.

Funny I was not a fan of the B01 when released but now it's looking pretty awesome by comparison.

I agree with Tom that the dials aren't bad looking but the rest is just horrible...that might be the ugliest bezel ever put on a Breitling.....even the red rubber bezel is more appealing to me!

I've seen NATO straps that have a better fit with a watch case and lugs

The bezel reminds me of the Tag F1 models that came out a few years back....and not in a good way

I looked at all the pics on TZ and had hoped to not dislike these as much as when I first saw them, but that didn't happen. I agree, the dials are not that bad looking, but the bezel and end links kill it for me.

Ok, so I was never one of the B01 bezel haters...but this bezel is garbage. I was also one who looked the other way when the SOII had no lume dot on the bezel...WTF did they leave it off the SO for, only to include it on the Colt? And the endlinks...mmmm hmmmm...comically stupid looking.

Maybe that's the point of the new Colt series...a distraction ;)
